Hi, I’m Pete Lauria
Let Me Introduce Myself

I’ve always believed that life is best lived through amazing experiences. Whether guiding corporate leaders through business transformational change, mentoring over 50 young men to achieve Eagle Scout, or cycling down an unfamiliar backroad just to see where it leads, I approach every challenge with curiosity and a drive to learn. As a Life Experience Coach, I help others do the same, embracing new opportunities, pushing past limitations, and finding success on their own terms.

My passion for lifelong learning was sparked as a teenager by a mentor whose vast knowledge earned him the title of Renaissance Man. Inspired, I set out on my own path of discovery, earning an MBA in my 50s, exploring the world through travel, and constantly adding to my ever-growing list of skills and experiences. My curiosity knows no bounds.

Beyond coaching, I take the stage as a keynote speaker, teaching companies how to harness the power of emotional connections to create unforgettable customer experiences. Offstage, I’m an avid cyclist, certified scuba diver, hiker, camper, backpacker, and dedicated Toastmaster.

A born-and-raised New Yorker now calling the Jersey Shore home, I have been married for 34 years and am the proud father of two Eagle Scouts. After a successful corporate career and two career switches, I made the leap to a life dedicated to helping others grow, because, as I’ve learned, the best journeys are the ones that change you along the way.

  • We will schedule weekly one-hour 1:1 video calls
  • Regular discovery and discussion of where you are, where you want to be, and what roadblocks you have experienced
  • Structured exercises that get you thinking
  • Personalized approaches and strategies tailored to you
  • Email accessibility – sometimes a thought or inspiration comes to mind between sessions, or you want to bounce an idea around, or just need some motivation. Send an email any time, I’ll respond or even jump on a quick call.
  • Plan for 10 weekly one-hour sessions over 3 months to start, continue as long as you are finding our conversations valuable. Once you’ve reached one goal, why stop there, shoot for another!
